Gigantic portions! So delicious! Really loved my moussaka! It was great eating outside right on the edge of the river.
My husband and I love coming to this awesome Greek restaurant on the water! He loves gyros and I love a fabulous real Greek salad. We were able to sit outside on the beautiful patio right by the water and watch boats and pelicans go by. The restaurant is always busy which means is truly is great. I can’t be more delighted that they are open again after the hurricanes. Sandra our waitress was great, and we got to visit with the manager, Andreas, who is also very friendly. We will be back again next month!!
Dimitri’s on the Water gave us an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing — I had the crab-stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon, and it was magically delicious. Every bite was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, with beautiful waterfront views that made the whole dining experience feel special. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. One of the highlights was being able to see the catfish right by the water, and the staff even gave my son some bread to feed them — he loved it! While we were back there enjoying the view, we were treated to a pleasant surprise: dolphins swimming by! It was such a magical moment that made our visit even more memorable. I highly recommend Dimitri’s for the delicious food, great service, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!
We are never disappointed at Dimitri’s. From the moment you are welcomed in the door. The service is impeccable and well, the food, authentic Greek.
The food here is awesome! My dish was Maui Maui with seasoned vegetables and a side of the lemon roasted potatoes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is my second time to tarpon springs and came immediately back to Dimitri’s as I HAD to have their chargrilled octopus!! We were greeted so warmly, were sat rather quickly right overlooking the water, and the bread and olive oil were fantastic. Our server was sweet and patient with our one year old. The blackened grouper was delicious and I also ordered the dandelion to try something new which was marvelous! The food, the ambiance, the service made our trip to celebrate our grandmothers 90th so memorable!!! Thank you Dimitri’s
Hard to believe 4.3 overall. This place is fabulous! Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. Outside seating on the water, full bar, and we'll priced. Visit. You will not be disappointed.
